The guiding principles of Kurtz Detective Agency are professionalism, discretion and transparent costs. This is evidenced by numerous renowned clients, including German and international detective agencies, several DAX-listed companies, international corporations, politicians, a major political party, former national football players, television personalities, law firms, public-sector clients, educational institutions, foundations and other charitable organisations, insurance companies and many others.
In the Wirtschaftswoche service provider ranking, published by a company of the Handelsblatt Publishing Group, Kurtz Detective Agency was awarded third place among investigative services across the whole of Germany. Its score of 77.22 was surpassed in all other 24 reviewed sectors by only five companies. This placed Kurtz Detective Agency eighth overall among all 236 tested providers, leaving companies such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, DHL and many others clearly behind.

Social commitment
Since 2016, Kurtz Detective Agency has actively supported the Neven Subotic Foundation. Why this organisation in particular? Because every cent donated reaches those in need. All administrative costs are borne personally by the founder, Neven Subotic. Large organisations such as UNICEF or SOS Children’s Villages invested, as of 2017, among other things, enormous sums in Google AdWords. If you wish to donate 20 euros and click on a UNICEF AdWords advert to do so, this can easily cost UNICEF 20 euros depending on the keyword. Your donation therefore ultimately ends up with Google. This is a concept we are also familiar with from the detective industry, where it leads to substantial cost burdens, which is why we do not participate in it. This refusal to use AdWords is also one of the key reasons for our comparatively moderate fees within the industry.
The Neven Subotic Foundation pursues a very different approach from many of the better-known aid organisations. We consistently strive to support the foundation along this path, and this will not change in the future.
